Network & Security Systems
Full management of Ubiquiti UniFi deployments in hospitality settings — including gateway configuration, PoE switching, high-density Wi-Fi access points, VLAN segmentation for guest/staff/IoT, and UniFi Protect CCTV systems. Emphasis on rock-solid uptime, fast roaming, bandwidth optimisation, and easy remote monitoring/troubleshooting.
Social Media & Guest Messaging
Handling day-to-day social presence (Instagram, Facebook) and direct guest communication via WhatsApp Business for hotels. Creating engaging content, responding to enquiries quickly, managing reviews, and using messaging to reduce front-desk load while improving guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
Cycling
Exploring London’s hidden routes, canal paths, and parks — from leisurely Thames rides to longer weekend escapes into the countryside. It’s my go-to way to clear my head and stay active.
